PARTY RESPONSIBLY

Eco-friendly does not mean having to compromise the quality and extravagance of your event. Print Candy supports brands dedicated to sustainability and our focus is on quality goods, made responsibly

BALLOON FACTS

Yes, it’s true latex balloons are made from a natural material, the sap of the rubber tree. Latex is a natural and renewable raw material which is harvested by tapping the rubber tree in a manner that does not harm the tree

Our latex balloons are made without using any fillers, extenders or plasticizers, meeting the highest safety and quality standards. However, the process to transform this milky substance into durable, stretchy, colourful balloons means they cannot be placed in recycling bins nor are they suitable for composting

We recommend popping your balloons and disposing of them in the trash for the best and fastest way of breaking down naturally

HELIUM FOR BALLOONS

Balloon Grade Helium is not the same as pure helium used for medical purposes. Helium suppliers prioritise pure, liquid helium for critical medical uses such as MRI scanners ensuring hospitals remain fully operational. Helium for balloons is impure and gaseous and is a recovered by-product of liquid helium. Impure, gaseous helium cannot be used in medical applications

Helium is non-flammable, non-explosive and non-toxic and is completely safe to use both indoors and outdoors

Inhaling helium can be fatal. Symptoms are similar to that of Asphyxia. The inhalation of helium cuts off a persons supply of oxygen and can cause dizziness, unconsciousness and death

BALLOON RELEASES

we say NO

We do not condone or knowingly provide balloons for balloon releases. We stand firmly against them

Releases are harmful to the environment and are illegal and should not be conducted under any circumstance. The debris affects coastal areas and marine wildlife when animals mistake the bright colours and texture of balloons for food

Please party responsibly and dispose of your balloons appropriately. Pin them and bin them
